Remembering the past in the Old Palace.

[Kayda]

She stirred a little in her sleep. Her eyes opened slightly and she looked around for Crisian. But she saw the grapes instead. She tried to reach them but failed.

[Crisian]

He looked at her when she opened her eyes and saw her go for the grapes. He stood up and with one paw he pushed them over to her so that all she had to do was just turn her neck a little and she could eat them. " I thought you might be hungry. " he said softly as he began to naw on a bone from his dinner

[Kayda]

She took a couple of grapes in her mouth. "Yes, I am. Thank you." She then looked around and saw the blood on the snow she could not believe that all of that was hers. "Am I going to die?"

[Crisian]

Of course not. " he said weakly. " You just need some nurishment and rest. " he smiled slightly. He didn't know what else to say. He hoped the nymph had healed her enough so that she would live. He would look after her for as long as it took before she healed.

[Kayda]

Her eyes were still on the blood that was all around her. "Am I hurt that bad?"

[Crisian]

Well your wounds are healing, although you probably will have scares for the rest of your life. But you were hurt pretty bad, but the nymph healed you enough so that you would not die. The rest is up to you, and your will to live. " he said softly.

[Kayda]

She nodded at tried to stand up but she fell back down from pain. "I can't do it."

[Crisian]

Well then don't try. I will sit and stay with you for as long as I need to. Let your wounds heal by themselves. " he said calmly

[Kayda]

She started breathing faster. "But what of the children? And the war? Aslan will need everyone he can get to fight the Witch." She tried to stand again but wimpered and fell back down.

[Crisian]

It will still be at least a month before the war happens, or a battle for that matter. You will have time to heal. Plus if you can get to Aslan he might heal you perfectly. " he said with a smile as he got under her and stood to his feet with her on top of his back, so that he helped her stand.

[Kayda]

She winced as he helped her stand but when she got up blood started running down her legs again. She then felt she was going to fall over but she didn't want to fall on Crisian so she shifted herself to fall the other way. "Crisian!" She then hit the ground hard, breathing quickly.

[Crisian]

He stood over her and shook his head. " Your supposed to fall on me. It won't bother me. Come on try again. " he said as he lifted her up again on his back.

[Kayda]

She tried to stand up again her front two legs were fine back the back two weren't strong enough. "Crisian is hurts." She said as more blood ran down her legs. "I can't do it."

[Crisian]

Fight the pain. " he said strongly as he kept her on her feet, the wieght of her baring down on his back but he wasn't going to let her fall. " Come on step. Front foot. " he placed his front foot forward hoping she would do the same

[Kayda]

She moved one hoof forward. She felt like she was going to fall over and pass out. But she tried to listen to Crisian.
