The Capital city of the Empire, Tashbaan always has at least seven legions marching the streets or in forts nearby ready for war. The city is almost unbeatable in war. Tashbaan is surrounded by a strong wall that is built partially out of the water and is the only place where crossing the great river of Calormen is possible for many miles. Archers are always on post and the walls are twenty-five feet high and thirteen feet thick. On the inside Tashbaan is a bustling place where traders from almost every land come. The place has many temples and bath houses. The north part of the city is open only to the rich and there are always one hundred Legionnaires marching the streets. There are many Statues dedicated to Connavar, along with past Emperors. In the middle of the city lies the Palace of Tisroc.
