Alcorad stood at the coast. He had recently taken to coming here. He had ordered the construction of an outpost to ensure that the borders where safe from any sea invasion that could happen soon, or in the future. As he watched the Giants build and smirked alittle." Faster." He ordered cruelly.
At sunset he had grown bored. So he traveled down to the beach and looked out into the water. He had never crossed it and his curiosity was piqued at wanting to know what lay out there. The wind blew his long black hair and ruffled the robes he was wearing. The top carried the symbol of the White Witch.

*lilith was sitting up on a rock, one hand supporting her body, the other combinb her hair with a brush she had made of a shell..she sang a strange tune that sounded as if it carried through the waves...it echoed across the ocean...for she was a mermaid, and lady of the sirens..her song was meant to be heard, and also lure..though hers were songs of joy and happiness, she didn't take fancy to..bringing men to their death..it wasn't her cup of tea*

Alcorad's head spun in the direction of the singing creature and he immediately ordered a Giant over to him." What is that thing?" He asked his tone showing harshness. He hated it when he wasn't in control, and the ocean was one of the few places in Narnia where he was at a lose.
The giant merely stammered for a few seconds not knowing what the creature was, or maybe it did know but was to dumb to remember. Either way he had become useless so the Warrior had killed him in a heartbeat and tossed the giants body into the sea.
" You there!" Alcorad shouted in his commanding voice." Who are you?" He asked her. He had spread his wigs and was preparing to fly to the rock and confront this creature. He had to admit it was interesting to say the least.

*she was so startled she fell of the rock..she then grabbed hold of it once more, and heaved herself upon it* oh..I..I..*she was very scared when she saw the witch's banner..she could also tell he was hers...something about the eyes..* I am..Lilith..Queen of the Mermaids and Lady of the Sirens..if it please you my lord..*she had forgotten about the queen..she quickly corrected herself* yes Indeed Queen of the Mermaids lady of the sirens, faithful servant of her majesy Jadis...*she smiled hoping he had fell for it..but he did not look the part of the fool..*

Alcorad bent his knees and hurled himself from the ground. In a second his wings were pumping with great strength and he was upon her. The Incubus looked down at her with his dark eyes." Faithful servant, hmm." He said hovering above her." Why hasn't she ever mentioned you to me. I am Champion to Her Majesty, and Leader of Her Army. It seems like I would here of a ally if it was a Queen. Wouldn't you agree?" He asked venomously as he continued to flap his black wings in front of her, never taking his eyes away from the supposed "faithful" servant.

*she looked at him*...well..I am an ally..but you see..aslan believes me not to be...so I must hide it from him..ask the queen herself! praise her she is so wonderful for hiding and keeping my secret

" I'm sure you are." He said as he slowly landed on a rock across from her and folded his wings against his back." But if you are so loyal why have you never done anything for Her Majesty. We have never received troops, nor tribute from an Meremaid Queen. So if you are in-fact a loyal ally, could I not kill you here and now for treason?" He asked gently as his gaze pierced hers' and held it. one of his kinds special abilities was that of being able to read the minds of women. All he had to do was hold her gaze and he would know the truth.

(mermaids in narnia are..kind of like "telekinetic"...you couldn't get in her mind  ) well I would have..but do you think my kind can walk on land? *she said as she smacked it against his skin gently...simply showing him..she knew he was tough, so did it fairly hard*I do not understand anything else I may do to prove to you how loyal I am...i have indeed told you the truth, and I will wait here if I must for the queen herself! |

" Indeed you shall." He said as he sat down on the rock across from her. So far this wasn't much better then watching the dumb Giants build his outpost, but at least here he would possibly get to kill this creature." Would you like me to call for her?" He asked with a smirk. He still did not believe this Mermaid to be truly loyal, or even an ally for that matter.

*now she was worried...she had to escape...and soon..* oh well..I suppose there is..er..no need for that wouldn't you say? I mean her majesy is so wonderful, I would imagine she already knows of this little meeting of ours, and is on her way right now! *she smiled and laughed a little nervously*

" I doubt it, with Aslon bothering her lately she has been far more focused on these " Children of Prophecy"." He said smirking at how she was becoming increasingly nervous. In one fluid movement his wings had opened and he had shot forward. In half a heartbeat he was behind her and one arm had locked across her chest like a steel bar securing her in place." So, you are one of that dumb cats servants." He said standing up and lifting her.

*she looked at him and slashed his arms..when mermaids became angry, they were like cats..their instincts heightened, their claws were sharper, and lengthened and they became much more agile...he let her slip and her head hit the wrong* ack..*she fell on the rock very hard..but had to get in the water..she then slid of the rock and into the water..dissapearing int he depths of the Narnian ocean*

Alcorads eyes narrowed in anger as she disappeared. No matter, he thought to himself. Soon he would hunt her and the rest of her kind down and kill them all, but until that day he had far more important things to do. So with a great sound like the cracking of whipe he was air born again and headed toward his outpost.
