On the Outskirts

[Lucy]

Lucy turned with a large hopeful grin that lit up her whole face. She ran to Peter and tackled him. "Oh thank you thank you thank!!!! I knew you would let us stay!" She kissed him on the cheeks as many times as she could.

[Aslan]

Aslan nodded to Peter and grined at Lucy's actions.
" Weapons will be provided to you in due time. You will also be taught to use them correctly."

[Susan]

"Peter?" Susan questioned, watching her brother closely. This was not like him, or so she had thought. Yet, sometimes his heart got ahead of his mind. "What good will come of this?" She asked him, frowning. "We don't even know who these people are!" She spoke quietly, yet urgently to her brother. It was true, she wanted to help, but she wanted to go home as well and not get cought up in the very thing their mother had sent them away from.

[Aslan]

Aslan decided to ease things up a bit.
" Perhaps, you all would do well with a good night's rest.." He said and then turned to face Noel. " We all would."

[Noel]

*she bowed* come susan...lucy you as well please..*she said as she got up off her knees* I shall lead you to your tent... *she looked at the two waiting for them to follow*

[Aslan]

Aslan watched them leave and smiled as they did so. He then went back into his tent.

[Serenity]

Serenity wandered on the outskirts of the camp in human form. She was thinking and walking in an unknown direction.

[Maugrim]

Maugrim saw the feline creature move through the woods. 'Blast it' he thought, 'Why is she here?' No matter, he had his mission, and hopefully the creature wouldn't interfere. He watched the human children carefully. He dare not go anywhere near the large army or near that dreaded lion. He would have to wait. He stayed in the shadows.

[Serenity]

Serenity, being in human form, continued walking and then entered the camp. She walked towards an empty tent to camp for the night.

[Maugrim]

'Idiot.' Though Maugrim. 'What an idiot. She is going to get caught and blow my entire mission.' Once again he had to let the things he couldn't affect, happen. He would have to wait...

[Criston]

" You know....creeping on people is a bad habit."
Criston said as he came fromm behind Maurgim.

[Maugrim]

"Not nearly as bad as sneaking up on a wolf that wants you dead." Maugrim said without turning round. "I leave you alone and now you come following me? What is it you want this time?" Maugrim turned his head slightly to the other creature in the woods.

[Criston]

" I didn't need to follow you. I followed Aslan here, that is we I am present. So perhaps, it was you that followed me and not the other way around." He said with a smile and began to move to Maugrim's left.

[General Otmin]

General Otmin suddenly came out from the woods and stood next to Maugrim. He knew that Maugrim had seen him before since he had looked towards him.

"Playing with Wolfy, are we Maugrim?" the Minotaur said in a deep and dark voice.

[Maugrim]

"A dead wolf if it won't keep its mouth shut." Normally Maugrim wouldn't be thrilled to see the monster, but in this case, a little back up could be useful.
