 This Ocean Fortress is the favorite one of Connavar. It is on the coast of the Eastern Ocean. He often comes here to look at his experiments. His Magicians and Priests have used Dark Magic and the Power of Tash to create his brood of dark creatures. Each one even more devilish then the first. Many of them started out as talking creatures but were tortured so much they became beings of darkness, just like there Emperor. .jpg) These poor creatures are creations of the Dark power. They were once Griffons, but after so much torture they became these dark menacing beings. They have lost the power to fly, and are now know as " Dohraku". |

Amelia sat on a rock outside of the fortress. She was looking out at the ocean as the wind blew against her. The air was salty as was the ocean spray that was hitting her as well. It was rather peacefull and it was becoming anoyying. Oh how she wanted to go attack Narnia right now, but she would have to wait. After all, most people were becomming blood thirsty. She sighed as she thought about the war. And about all the blood that will be laying on the ground once the war is over.

The sound of trumpets and drums could easily be heard throughout the temple. " Grand Imperial Emperor, Connavar!" A member of the Honor Guard shouted. Connavar was at the front riding on the back of a Dohraku that snarled and bit at everyone. As the Emperor rode in he dismounted the beast and walked into his Fortress." News!" He shouted. Advisor's ran forward and began to tell him of the military and how the number of soldiers were about to breach sixty-thousand. And how some tribes were hosting rebellions, which were crushed quickly." Bring me a Priestess." He ordered as he sat down on his Throne in the Fortress." I do not care which one she is, just bring me one." The Emperor ordered as his Magicians walked forward and began to speak to him in the lost language of Tash.

The guards told her to come with them as she stands up. She begins to walk into the room as she looked at Connavar. " You wanted to see me mi'lord." She says to him as she walked closer to him and she bowed.

" Back." Connavar growled at his Magicians." Priestess, what is your name?" The Emperor demanded. He hadn't seen her before and wondered why she was even out here. It was far away from the Temple back is Tashbaan, so she had alot to answer for. The Emperor had ordered that all his Priests and Priestess be at the Temple unless they had special permission. Two Honor Guardsmen came up behind her, dark armor glistening and dark eyes starring forward." Answer wisely." He warned leaning back in the Throne.

Amelia looked at him as she nodded. " I am Amelia." She says to him as she watched his guards out of the corner of her eye. " I know I am not suppose to be out here....I felt confined like an animal. I had to get out and think about the war ahea...." She says to him as she stopped herself. Yes, she had been outhere to look into the future and she saw the war.

" So, since you felt confined that gives you the right to defy my order and leave?" He asked. The Magicians snickering at her. There had always been a fued with the Priests and Magicians. The Priests believed Dark Magic came from Tash, but the Magicians believed it was here when the world was forged." Silence!" the Emperor boomed." Answer Priestess!" He said standing up and looking down at the seer. He was not surprised, most of his Priestess had the power.

Amelia's eyes closed then opened again and she looked at him. " I am sorry mi'lord. I could not concetrate in there...And it was wrong to defy your orders. Punish me if you want." She says to him and she looked away from him and at the Magicians.

The Emperor looked down at her. He could understand becoming clustered and needing a change, but she could have asked for the permission to relocate. She had to be punished, or he would lose favor with the Magicians, who were a key role to his power." Very well, you will be punished." Connavar said standing and walking towards her. He held one hand up and a wisp of blue-black smoke emitted from his palm, slowly making it's way towards her. Then it entered her nostrils and went into her body, sucking the air from her, and attacking the organs. Crushing them with dark magic, when she was on the edge of death he released her." Do not defy me again, Amelia." The Emperor hissed.

Amelia held her neck as she looked up at him. " Yes. Mi'lord." She says to him as she stands up and she watched him. " Wan't to know what I saw mi'lord?" She asks him and she looked up at his intemidating figure.

" You saw my victory." He said with a smirk as he sat down in his Throne." You saw me destroying that Lion, and that Queen." The Emperor said as the Legionnaires marched up and stood on either side of his Throne and looked straight ahead at the Priestess." There is no other possible outcome, My army out weighs theres nearly twenty to one, and is far stronger." Connavar said with a small smirk." Is that what you saw?" The Emperor asked mildly intrested.

" Yes." She says to him as she glared at the guards. " And a way to get across the desert faster then these Magicians are trying to work on it...And dare I say it. Failing." She says to him as she smiled. " I know the way. I am the only one who has had this vision mi'lord." She says to him in a very soft, sweet voice.

The Emperor smirked at her." Do not lie, Priestess." He said leaning back in his chair. His hand shot up and a slave ran forward with a goblet of a dark red liquid. The liquid was blood. The drink of the followers of Tash." The Dark Lord himself does not even know of a path. Are you saying you know more then Tash himself?" Connavar asked looking at her. His eyes burning with anger at her arrogance. The Mages behind him where fuming with anger, and the Legionnaires where surpessing smiles about the entire situation.

" No, no, no. I did not mean it like that." She says to him softly as she looked up at him. " I am saying that we somehow got over there and I think I might know how." She says to him in a little bit of a louder voice as she glared at the guards.

The Emperor looked at her." I know there is a way already." He said boredly taking small drinks of the blood. It was from a twenty-two year old Maiden from his court. Perfectly aged and she ahd been quite beautiful. Her blood was even better then her figure had been." There is an Oasis, Tash has already shown me. But my army could never march there." He said looking up at his Guardsmen and smiled. They were trying not to laugh at this woman.
