*she sighed* I do not wish pain to anyone except for those who pain the innocent...unless he deserves it, I plan not to harm him..and most likely...deacon already deserves it..but I feel compelled to try my best to understand him..*she nodded* he does have a good heart you know..so do you...

[kayelin]

"Yes, I know he does."
She looked off in the other direction. She knew her cousin better than most people ever would.

[Noel]

*she smiled* remember this..he is a great person, but you are a great woman as well...you are needed in this world, just as he is..do not ever forget that people care about you..he cares about you..remember that, for that bond of friendship and brotherhood will carry you through anything...

[kayelin]

"Yes, I know this. You do not need to remind me."

[Noel]

*she smiled* well you do have some common sense in you..*she said laughing with a friendly sort of voice* well..I believe you and I could become friends, if you would allow it..*she smiled friendly* I am willing too

[kayelin]

"I do not know enough about you yet to become your friend. I will keep you in the light of a nice acquaintance for now."
She smiled slightly.

[Noel]

* she nodded* Indeed fair enough...*she smiled* as long as we aren't at eachothers throats with claws and swords, I shall be fine with acquatainces...so you are the kings...cousin? correct?

[kayelin]

She nodded and smiled.
"On his father's side."

[Noel]

*she nodded* oh...alright...so tell me of the land you once lived in?..what was it like?..I remember visiting with my father and older sister once before to speak with the king, but my father wouldn't let me hear what the conversation was about..I only remember very little, as I was very young

[kayelin]

She nodded.
"Our land, was peaceful. The late king was overruled any talk of war within our country. There were green hills and pastures. There was plenty of animals to kill since the king made sure everyone only killed what they had to."
She smiled as she remembered old memories.
"I remember this one stream where Deacon and I used to have picinics. I made him talk the cook into giving us extra pastries and we'd take them to this old willow tree. We would hide in the branches and scare passer-bys."
She laughed.

[Noel]

*she smiled and laughed a bit with her* sounds very enjoyable...do you wish you could return to that life?...do you dwell on the past?

[kayelin]

"When given the opportunity I like to reminisce, but no I don't dwell on it. And any dream of returning is just a dream, not a goal. I have more important things to worry about right now."

[Noel]

*she nodded* wise words indeed...can you tell me of your king?...deacon? I don't really know him..very strange creature..but he is also very honorable I would suppose...

[kayelin]

"Yes he has been described in many ways, now mind you, my description is very biased. We are the only survivors of our family, so he means much to me. He is very nice if you are close enough to him, however he is cold and sometimes cruel to people he thinks are overstepping their bounds. He upholds honor at almost any cost."

[Noel]

*she nodded* very well..I only wish he would accept me for who I am..it would seem..he is just a bit repulsed..yes? I don't understand why
